Week 3, Exercise 7: Blog about Technology

For this week, simply blog about anything technology related. Yes, it can be anything that relates to technology! You just need to share a few thoughts.

If your techno-muse is on vacation, here are some ideas:

  • The applications Flickr might have in your library: is it useful? How? What can we do with Flickr?
  • Flickr is free to all…but with limitations. For a very nominal fee, you can upgrade to a Pro account and get unlimited storage of your pictures, organize them in as many sets as you want, and more! Is it worth it to you?
  • Do you know or use other photo sharing sites? How do they compare with Flickr?
  • After browsing others’ photos in Flickr, did privacy issues cross your mind?

These are just ideas that keep within the photo sharing topic, but don’t feel bound by it.
Talk amongst yourselves. Discuss. Digress.
BUT ALSO…
be sure add at least one comment to another participant’s blog. That’s what online communities are all about – connecting and communication. :)

    Flicker is a bit confusing. I didn’t realize that you would need all these passwords for the different e mail accounts.
