Podcast: Introduction
Welcome to the NSU Libraries Learning Challenge 2.0 program & blog! The Learning Challenge 2.0 is an online learning program that encourages staff to learn more about emerging technologies on the web that are changing the way people, society and libraries access information and communicate with each other.

Over the course of the next nine weeks, this website will highlight “23 Things” and discovery exercises to help staff become familiar with blogging, RSS news feeds, tagging, wikis, podcasting, online applications, and video and image hosting sites.

To familiarize yourself with this project, be sure to read the About page. The FAQs should answer most of your questions about this program. If not, then please add your question to the FAQ page as a comment.

Are you in? Great!

STEP 1: Register.
Here’s the registration form. You will need a username and email account. You can use any email address you choose, but remember: if you want to qualify for the prizes, you MUST use your NSU email address.

STEP 2: Check your email.
You will receive a password to use with the TCL 2.0 blog. Don’t worry — you can change this password later to something easier to remember.

STEP 3: Verify your registration.
Now log in to the TLC 2.0 blog here. This is the same as clicking on the Login link at the top of the TLC 2.0 blog sidebar. Once you’re in, you can enter a little more information in your profile, change your password, etc.

That was easy, wasn’t it?

So fasten your seat belts, grab your mouse and get ready for a discovery adventure… and remember, it’s OK to play in the library and have fun!

Be sure to tune in next week  for the next “thing” or discovery item … or better yet, subscribe to the RSS feed.
